Fred K. Marmann Fred Marmann, managing partner of Marmann & Irons, has nearly three decades of wide-ranging public accounting experience in banking, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction and retail. His work with these sectors includes: profit consulting, SEC audits and filings, tax planning and financial audits. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and management consulting. Marmann developed and leads our SOX compliance program.

Mr. Marmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Alabama. He attends multiple continuing education seminars each year and stays current on the changes in the accounting requirements for public disclosure. He has been active in civic affairs for many years and served in numerous leadership positions in a broad array of economic development, civic, health care and cultural organizations in The Shoals community.

Stephen J. Irons, CPA

Stephen J. Irons is a Partner with Marmann & Irons. He provides accounting, auditing, consulting, and tax services to businesses in many different industries, and has developed a specialized expertise in financial institutions, professional service groups, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental entities. He has assisted a number of financial institutions with SEC filings and audit and loan review services.

Mr. Irons holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Alabama. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Young CPA Board for the Alabama State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Stephen has served on various committees for the Helen Keller Foundation Board and is on the Board of Directors for the Florence Golf & Country Club. He is an officer in the Florence Civitan Club.

David C. Ladner, CPA

David C. Ladner David Ladner has more than 30 years experience in providing SEC services, audit services, tax services, tax systems analysis and management advisory services to a variety of financial institutions and public and private firms. He also specializes in not-for-profits and governmental accounting.

Mr. Ladner holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Alabama.
